Maizy has impacted the normal low key life my other dogs had before her arrival but they have all seemed to figure it out. She is learning patients and trying her best to manage her emotions and energy which are certainly tied together. She's a lover that would be happy to be petted all day I think!

Well, sadly, the potential adoption did not go through, but not any fault from Maizy.  (Yard and fencing not approved.)  Maizy is now at Auntie Lisa's in Chicago, and she has posted a cute video of her running/playing in her yard.  She is just SOOO beautiful and graceful.  And high energy.  Surely, she will make someone a great pet very soon.  Love you girl.

Happy news for Maizy!  She has a potential adopter.   Sunday she is headed up to Chicago for the meet and the winning of hearts.  We are soooooo happy for her.  We hope this will be her forever home and that Karen and her husband will fall instantly in love with her.  It shouldn't be too hard, as Maizy is such a total lover.  Well, everyone, keep fingers crossed and wish her well.  If all goes as planned, she will stay with her adoption pending family.  We will miss her, but she deserves a wonderful forever home.
